Aichermuehle is the company with the oldest tradition in the community of Fridolfing in Bavaria. The mill was first recorded in the year 1461 as „Oil and Grainmill of Eytzing“ and since 1589 it is owned and managed by the family Aicher.
Through good and bad times it passed from Generation to Generation of our family, always being modernized and open for new ideas and markets.
Contemporary we produce flour from wheat, rye and spelt and offer a lot of bakery supplies in our shop.
All the grain we use is grown in Bavaria with the strict rules of German Law.
